[fpc-devel] FileNameCaseSensitive on Win32

Hi!

Why is FileNameCaseSensitive set to true on Windows? Windows interprets filenames in a case *in*sensitive manner, doesn't it?

The attached program dumps values of some of the OS dependent constants defined in the System unit.
