Hi All,
Recently at my work place a non technical person asked me if I could
teach him some programming language, and after several minutes of
discussion regarding what is the best programming language to begin
with, I was able to convince him that Pascal is the best thing to
start with.
Now I have an idea on creating some subjects that the person could
learn (he'll do most of his learning on his own, with my guiding), and
I will open a new section in my web site that will have this subjects
for everyone to see and use.
I do not wish to use any existed tutorials because they are very
restrictive regarding teaching. For example people such as myself,
that mostly learn by trail and error, rather then anything else, many
times find such guides inadequate and sometimes there is a feel that
there are things that should be there, but they do not exists.
So I have few questions:
1. Is there anyone here is willing to help me creating such work that
will be a good place to point everyone who wishes to learn the
language ?
2. How would you begin such teaching ?
3. Do you have any ideas that you can contribute to such thing ?
Thanks,
Ido
P.S.
Wait for this weekend to see some pictures from my last Pascal lecture :)
