Basically this would be nice for me because the Symbian OS headers are
incredibly huge. There more then 100.000 lines of .h files in there
...

Actually probably much more. There are 10 MB of .h files

And using proceduralization / re-object-orientation manually would
result on something even much larger, perhaps 2 times larger or more.
