I've never seen a ppumove created library working under windows. 
PPUMove is nothing more than a simple wrapper around ld and changing 
a flag inside the ppu. Maybe it that time of writing the GNU ld 
produced some binary. But that was for sure no real DLL. The Win32 
support in the GNU toolchain has always been worse and error-prone. 
It is the main reason why i wrote the internal linker first for this target.

There is and was never any package support in the existing code of 
fpc and support tools.

Ofcourse patches to fpc are welcome if you manage to get packages working.
