[fpc-devel] fpcUnit patch

Hi,

Attached is a patch that adds a new XML Test Listener to fpcUnit.
This test listener uses the XMLWrite unit included with FPC, which
improves the output of the xml file created.

Benefits:
* Valid XML files with escaped reserved characters.
* Uniform output from the Console Test Runner and the GUI Test Runner
(included in Lazarus).

This patch was created against 2.0.3 and needs to be applied from the
root source (Trunk) directory.
