[fpc-devel] Errors patch, c'est la vie

Ok a bit strange topic..

this is the latest gratest version.

The archive contains "rtl" subdir with added .inc files for platforms 
I'm sure of and the diff to change errors.pp.

Someone who has access to other platforms will have to fill in their 
.inc files.
