[fpc-devel] Errors patch AGAIN

This one is actualy a patch. Apply in root fpc dir. You need to copy 
linux-errors.inc and bsd-errors.inc to rtl/linux/errors.inc and 
rtl/bsd/errors.inc

NOTE: I have no idea if Linux and BSD encompass all required include 
dirs for rtl/unix includes. If not copy the linux one to the others too 
(probably not right but someone from those systems will have to change it)
