I have small petition

 can anybody prepare for download all others programs to use with FPC like
AS.EXE, LD.EXE, MAKE.EXE, WINDRES.EXE etc.
this may be the same place like others things in snapshot: BASEW32.ZIP,
UTILW32.ZIP

or I can't find this
