I've try to compile RTL under FPC 1.9.1

in win32\base.inc is line

 ACL_INFORMATION_CLASS = (AclRevisionInformation :=
izeInformation       );

and compiler write:
base.inc(253,54) Fatal: Syntax error, ")" expected but ":=" found
what for is construction ":="
why there are not compile
