Huh, this one wasn't an easy ride, but i successfully compiled
a working Amiga/68k hosted&targeted compiler. Cool. :) 
Thanks Florian for your help!

However, there are still a few problems exist, for eg. around
paths as Nils said. But i'm happy with the current results.
(... and waiting for offical snapshot... :)
