[fpc-devel]a fpc v1.1 problems with -CR or -bl switches

Hi!

Try to execute
    OPT=-CR make cycle
    OPT=-bl make cycle
from compiler directory of fpc v1.1

For me: 
 1) a compiled with -CR ppc1 can not compile system.pp (Internal error 9999)
 2) with -bl ppc386 v1.1 can not compile objpas.pp 
      (illlegal entry 15 in PPU-file)
