[fpc-devel]Windows: IDC_ constants

  Hello.

  Can somebody tell me why IDC_XXXX and other similar things were 
implemented in defines.inc as functions, not constants?
  May be it is a result of auto-conversion from .h? Then, I'd like to 
see these declarations fixed.
  I could do it myself and send the results to... whom? I don't think 
that there is a way for me to commit them into CVS tree.
