[fpc-devel]go32 vs win32: fileread/filewrite

Hello,

  Just noticed some incompatibility in RTL: go32 vs win32. By logic,
  go32's fileread returns 0 on read error, while win32's returns -1.
  With filewrite situation's the same, it just returns bytes written,
  not -1 as expected. These can be checked out in rtl/go32v2/system.pp

  Sorry, if I'm somehow mistaken.
