Hey, wait a minute!
This is free software... and thus you can't get any warranty on fast
reply from the developpers (all developpers also have a job, which is not
FPC based!)
As Jonas pointed out, you won't get a reply to all bug report
unless more info is needed or when it is fixed !
Nevertheless the bug database is one of our best ways to get improovement of
both the compiler and the IDE.

>Do the IDE developers read here?

Yes, we read the devel list !

And we do fix bugs as we can (mainly find time for it)
Gabor sent me a new buch of fixes october 18 to add possiblity
to insert the HTML version of the FPC doc in the next release !

I also removed several little bugs lately,
but as you say there are still many and time is very sparse for
the three main developpers:
   Berczi Gabor
   Peter Vreman
and myself Pierre Muller

(Most of my recent work concerning the IDE had to do with Linux version
of the IDE
which is now much less unstable as before !)

As I said in my previous mail, we would very much like external
contributions
to this project.
i can even add the this developper list is quite open to any person that
would like
to join... if you have free time.
If you don't have free time (which wouldn't be surprising) please don't
blame the developpers because they cannot spend all their time on this project.
