[fpc-devel]other misc analogy error in /rtl/win32/

I'm don't know, but my Windows stay standalone in the network.Without
domain, without users (and local users). Only me :-) This month i'm everyday
want change AdvServ to simple Proffesional :) but .... time is over ... :-/
