[fpc-devel]PATH 255 limitation & PPC_EXEC_PATH

Yes, Tomas. My path to ppc386.exe is out of PATH 255 chars.

PATH 255 chars limitation could not be solved ? Hmm. ^^;

I determined to use PPC_EXEC_PATH envionment to avoid PATH limitaion.

Finally, I have a suggestion for FPC installer. It is to add
'PPC_EXEC_PATH'

variable to CONFIG.SYS. So, Anybody will not make a mistake like me. ^^;
