In musicbox project version .40 to .60

html and basic_cgi are quite usable
javascript is a little thin.  

Musicbox .65 and above is now ported to PSP/PWU
project and I am contributing to that project. 
PSP/PWU is a very full featured CGI programming
environment with many features.
