This shows you how to make a Win32 or GnuLinux GUI application that is only 200-400kb in size. 

This zip file contains an empty application with a few components on it. It's just like a hello world or a template, to show you the size of the empty application, and to show you how to use LTPK.

So using the LPTK, a GUI application can be built in freepascal without you using Win32 API, QT, GTK.
