MLC is an object-oriented library for Win32 GUI, designed to be as simple as possible, doesn't require a visual form designer since controls are organised in logical placement on the window (as in gtk, java or wx).
It also implements database access classes for InterBase/FireBird, MySQL, and ODBC.
It is still a work in progress.
