WOL is an OpenSource framework for windowed programming with Free Pascal, released under the LGPL (Lesser General Public License). The purpose of this library is to make it easier to create programs which run in a GUI environment, with the initial target GUI's being Windows and GTK. While this library is not completely compatible with Delphi/Kylix, it attempts to be similar enough in design that those familiar with the Delphi VCL can use it with simplicity.
