An interface header to the CDParanoia 9.8 libraries cdda_interface.so and cdda_paranoia.so,for accesing Audio CD's digitally. For use in CDRippers, or any other program which requires easy digital access to  Audio CD's. Also includes a routine for getting a TStrings list of all cd Devices on machine, and a routine to return a TStrings list of the descriptions of them.
