The purpose of this unit is to provide an easy way to code Windows OpenGL screensavers. The unit does the whole Windows initialisation for you. All you have to do is to provide the name of an INI file, call the Start_ScreenSaver() procedure and provide some nice looking gfx algorithm in OpenGL. That's about it!
