Hello,

   recently upped rel2rev17 of my CPU package.

Improvements since last version:
- AMD K6-II+ / III+ now recognized
- model / family / type of processors capable of extended CPUid calls now report
those
- PIII / PIV Thermal Control capability added
- AMD 5x86 model 0 doesn't try to use the extended cpuid instructions
- Intel extended family / model identifier now used where available (e.g. PIV;
Intel extended this identifier to allow 255 more families)
