I was contacted by a company called Image-line:

They develop software using FPC and are looking for FPC developers, who can take on the following tasks:

* Maintain macOS build tools (Free Pascal and Xcode).
* Create and maintain build server jobs.
* Set up and maintain macOS build server.
* macOS development and bug fixing.
* Maintain crash log parser.
