[fpc-pascal] Win32 download still showing 2.6.4

Should be fixed now. At least for the Hungarian mirror, which is 
actually the main server. The other ones have to sync first.

When you select 'sourgeforge' it will now redirect you to the right 
category, which it did not do earlier.
