[fpc-pascal] ALSA 1.2.X wrappers required

Ok, just updated fpALSA to the 1.0.27.2 ALSA version. It can be 
downloaded from here:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/fpalsa/

I couldn't find a 1.2.x ALSA version anywhere, so I'm assuming it was a 
typo and 1.0.27.2 is the latest version.
