[fpc-pascal] make: -iVSPTPSOTO: Command not found

Good day,

After tried to build the fpcbuild.zip version, by executing the commad 
make build or make, I received the following error message: make: 
-iVSPTPSOTO: Command not found

Please how can I fix it?
