[fpc-pascal] Next stabel installation for WinCE ?

Well, it's hard to assure quality in an automatically built snapshot.
It will depend on you luck a bit, but if you had followed mattias
advices you would have made it work.

We are on the verge of releasing, but some unexpected problem could
cause a delay. I would expect the new release between 2 weeks and 6
weeks (anyone please correct me if this is the wrong timeframe).
