No, I get that if I omit the -CfSOFT
I simply tried all the permutations ;-)

* with -dFPC_ARMEL -CfSOFT I get the linker error
* with -dFPC_ARMEL -dFPC_ABI_EABI -CfSOFT I get the qemu error/segfault
* with -dFPC_ARMEL I get the assembler error
