I've just downloaded the platform SDK, and it contains those afaik.

The platform SDK is downloadable from Microsoft, but requires IE5+ and a new
MSI installer version. So I downloaded it at work :-)

(It is a 15 * 26 MB download, which expands to 800 MB, which will be 1 Gb due
to clustersizes)
