Even though there are (potentially) gains other than Delphi compatible 
(see the nil behaviour in the other mail), I don't know if this 
particular one is worth the diff...

I would have said the "lets do better" about closures => and stripped 
the anonymous part... but that is done and gone.

Anyway if we go one word, I would (even if it isn't English) go with a 
single "IsNot".
