[fpc-devel] FPC 3.2.4rc1 for macOS updated

Hi,

I've updated the installer for FPC 3.2.4rc1 to be compatible with macOS 
Tahoe. It should also still be compatible with Mac OS X 10.8 and later.

You'll still have to open the installer, click "ok" that it's not 
verified, go to the Security preferences and then reopen it from there, 
or clear the quarantine attributes after downloading (xattr -d -r 
com.apple.quarantine /path/to/fpc-3.2.4rc1a.intelarm64-macosx.dmg)

You can find it in the same place as before: 
https://downloads.freepascal.org/fpc/beta/3.2.4-rc1/aarch64-macosx/ (the 
name of the disk image has changed from rc1 to rc1a)
