So complex approach for such simple task.

Just plain old ObjectPascal:

thread1:
lst:TThreadList;
getmem(pMsg,sizeof(pMessageStruct^));

// init message fields

lst.Add(pMsg);

thread2:
ll:=lst.Lock;
try
   pMessage:=ll[0];
// do something with message
   freemem(pMessage)
   ll.delete(0);

finally
   lst.Unlock;
end;
