I suggest an urgent "health warning" at the start, i.e. pointing out
that the bulk of it was written in '06 and that it might no longer be
valid. That would give the originators and recent editors time to fix it
or tell us why they think it should be left as-is.
There's quite a lot in the Wiki that merits similar treatment, e.g. a
page on the comiler layout which is v1-specific.
