[fpc-devel] Crosscompiling problem on Win7 64bit

The error comes during the

make all OS_TARGET=win64 CPU_TARGET=x86_64 <=== error comes here

not in the following "make install..." command
No change after executing the fpc-2.6.0.x86_64-win64.exe installation to 
the original fpc-2.6.0.i386-win32.exe
