I'm having difficulties understanding how the text can be misunderstood:

----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you only want the html reference documentation (fpdoc format), type

   $ make rtl.chk
   $ make fcl.chk
----------------------------------------------------------------------

It was put there specially after I received a question exactly the same to
yours: 'How can I recreate the RTL reference HTML docs'

Michael.
