Are you saying that PIC 32 is MIPS? Little Endian?

But even if it is, a RTL for PIC would be missing then. The currently
made work is for linux-mipsel, so that means a new code generator and
the existing linux RTL.

pic-mipsel would require a new PIC32 RTL
