Basically: export the svn-source, add the libgdb archive and do 'make
rpm'.

You need to have the rpm-buildtools for your system installed, though.
The default spec-file (used for building the rpm, in
fpcbuild/install/fpc.spec) comes without any dependencies, but some will
be added by the rpmbuild system automatically. (Like on Fedora)
