Afaik yes. Sb occasionally reported about more desktop like setups and usage
with i386-wince in the past, but afaik I haven't seen similar ones for
arm-wince.

(and not that much about the practicalities on arm-linux too for that
matter, I still have to install X on my sheeva to start with that)
