[fpc-devel] Rebuilding fpc-2.3.1.go32v2.zip

Not sure what 'supported' means if we are talking about building snapshots - building snapshots for go32v2 v22 works ok starting with a v2.2 snapshot - I know this because I normally use a v22 snapshot for building v22 and v23 daily snapshots.
