That is an open door that has been kicked in by all vendors. The problem is
how to implement it without making formerly "bulk software" a specialty to
be made by higher skilled programmers?

I don't have time to plough through all this, but what do they really offer,
beyond the usual "process this array in paralel" primitives that are as the
road to Rome?
