[fpc-devel] [patch] - FPCUnit

Hi,

Attached is a small patch for FPCUnit and the XML result writer. This
allows us to control when XML results must be written to the console
or not.  For example, it the GUI Test Runner we don't want console
output, but in the Console Test Runner it must be optional (and
enabled by default).

This patch must be applied in the root FPC source directory of 2.1.3.
It must also be applied to 2.3 (or whatever the development version
is).
