[fpc-devel] [translators] Sources for released PPU files

Hi,

I've applied a patch to the compiler so that it does not search for the
(possible) sources of released PPU files anymore. This was considered a bug.

A consequence is that the message file has been updated: the 'source
modified' message has been changed into a 'U' style message (was hint),
and the text should no longer tell about 'recompilation suppression
because of released PPU' or similar.
