Sorry, I speak English very bad.
In file fpcsrc/rtl/unix/video.pp nessesary take away lines:
If fpGetEnv('TERM')='xterm' then
NoExtendedFrame := true; {use of acs for xterm is ok}
because it prevents using cyrillic symbols (codepage CP1251).
