[fpc-devel] ImageMagick headers to pascal

Hello,

When I first said I was going to convert the ImageMagick headers it
was mentioned they could go to Free Pascal subversion.

Well, now the headers at least for MagickWand are stable. Do you guys
(fpc developers) think it´s a wise idea to add it to Free Pascal? If
so I can send you the latest version + some minor fixes.
