It should either be removed or fixed. Currently it's e.g. nowhere set  
anymore for *nix, yet still used in rtl/inc/sockovl.inc. Also,  
sockets is a platform-independent unit afaik while fpgeterrno is  
fairly *nix-specific (in our rtl anyway).
