[fpc-devel] Question about writing documentation

[George Birbilis]

The FPC dev env when run in windowed mode at Windows XP 32-bit shows no
cursor (no blinking, nothing). At full screen shows a blinking cursor, but
it's very tiring cause it blinks too fast
