[fpc-devel]/FPC/CVS/fpc/rtl/morphos : Permission denied

I see (via viewcvs) that new directory rtl/morphos (with system.pp) was 
created just yesterday. But cvs client doesn't allow me to update it, 
fails at rtl/morphos with

   cvs server: failed to create lock directory for 
`/FPC/CVS/fpc/rtl/morphos' (/FPC/CVS/fpc/rtl/morphos/#cvs.lock): 
Permission denied
   cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository 
`/FPC/CVS/fpc/rtl/morphos'

Is there some problem on freepascal.org cvs repository with correct 
permissions ?
