I've put a source tarball (corresponding to the contents of the source  
rpm) at  
<ftp://ftp.freepascal.org/fpc/dist/source-1.0.10/fpc-1.0.10- 
src.tar.gz>. It should be on the mirrors tomorrow as well.

I personally can't create a new rpm, unfortunately.
