Yes, this solved the problem, i was finally able to build a 
compiler... Still not to cycle though, but i'm satisfied
with the current result. It is possible to modify the makefile
to automagically recognize OS_TARGET, CPU_TARGET and FPC parameters
on Amiga somehow?

Something suggests me i should take a look on fpc/utils/fpcm/fpcmake.ini,
